We are seeking a motivated **Sales Agent** to help expand our reach and provide excellent customer service.**Responsibilities**:- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.- Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks.- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Deliver exceptional customer service to both US and UK clients.**Requirements**:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Bilingual (English and Spanish).- Experience in insurance is recommended _but not mandatory._- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts.- Highly motivated by earning potential, with no caps on commissions.- Must be able to work in our office in Zona Rio, Tijuana.- Excellent customer service skills.**Compensation and Benefits**:- Base salary of $12,000 - $14,000 Pesos per month, depending on experience.- Unlimited earning potential through commissions.- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.- Comprehensive benefits package.- Free parking included.**How to Apply**: If you are driven, customer-focused, and ready to take on a rewarding challenge, we want to hear from you!
