**About the Appointment-Setter position at Redial BPO!**:We are looking for a Appointment-Setters to follow-up with potential clients that could be interested in our merchant services; the soft sales representatives are in charge of being the first contact with gatekeepers and ultimately speaking with the decision makers.**We offer the following**:- Competitive base salary and weekly incentives- Excellent work environment- Law benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot)**Schedule**:- _6:00 - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday (weekends off!)_**Responsibilities are**:- Providing information about services- Handling outbound calls / cold calling- Communicating precisely with customers- Setting up appointment with decision makers- Managing leads**Requirements are**:- Experience in Sales- Effective communication skills- People person nature- Negotiation skills
