**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Sales and Customer Service Manager** to lead our team of Sales and Customer Service Representatives in the healthcare and medical tourism industry. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering a high-performance team culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of Sales and Customer Service Representatives.
- **Lead Management**: Assign and monitor sales leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and conversion.
- **Performance Oversight**: Set and manage sales and service goals, providing feedback and support to meet targets.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business in the medical tourism sector.
- **Customer Service**: Handle escalations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- **Pipeline Management**: Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure a steady flow of leads and closed deals.
- **CRM Management**: Ensure all interactions and sales activities are recorded accurately in the CRM.
- **Product Expertise**: Stay up to date on healthcare and medical tourism offerings and ensure the team is well-informed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience managing sales and customer service teams.
- **Skills**: Excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills, with CRM proficiency.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- **Remote Management**: Comfortable managing and motivating a remote team.
