The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for handling inbound calls, managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and ensuring smooth operations in the lead conversion process. Additionally, the VA will assist in sales goals and strategy development, ensuring the sales schedule remains full, and may assist with social media efforts as needed.
Lead Handling & Follow-Up: Respond to inbound leads from marketing efforts, ensuring all leads are contacted within 60 seconds. Follow up regularly on older inquiries through calls, texts, and emails to keep the sales schedule full.Sales Call Management: Make rehash calls after each representative visit to check on customer satisfaction and explore the possibility of additional opportunities.Lead Assignment & CRM Management: Issue leads to the sales team, input results into the CRM (Builder Prime), and ensure data accuracy.Appointment Scheduling: Confirm set appointments, schedule new ones, and handle appointment confirmations via phone and email for demos or installations.Lead Conversion: Take responsibility for all aspects of lead conversion, including reporting and tracking sales progress. Oversee the training and development of future call center agents. Self-Generate Leads: Develop leads through referrals, networking, or other viable means.Sales Reports & Compliance: Regularly report on sales activities, lead results, and sales forecasts. Ensure compliance with company standards, including following the daily call center process.Social Media Support: Assist with social media posts to help maintain the company's online presence and marketing efforts.Professionalism: Represent the company with professionalism in all communications, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a courteous and neat demeanor. English Proficiency: Strong spoken and written English communication skills (required for clear communication with English-speaking customers).Personable Communication Style: Pleasant, professional, and persuasive phone manner with an ability to build rapport quickly.Sales and Lead Management: Ability to manage and convert leads into scheduled appointments, with experience in using a CRM for tracking.CRM Familiarity: Previous experience using CRM tools like Builder Prime (preferred but not required).Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to sell, manage leads, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.Self-Motivation & Goal-Oriented: Capable of self-generating leads through networking and referrals, and meeting set performance targets.
