We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator for our Guadalajara operations. The Sales and Marketing Assistant will report to the Global Marketing Director and will manage and support a variety of sales and marketing activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate event participation at conferences and trade shows, including attendance at events if required.
- Project manage the development of collateral and messaging material.
- Support the sales and marketing team on strategic and tactical projects.
- Conduct marketing research.
- Collect and analyze marketing reporting metrics across all marketing channels and systems (CRM, ClickDimensions, social media platform, Google Analytics, tradeshows, etc.).
- Organize changes and updates to the marketing digital library.
- Plan, draft, and schedule social media posts. Monitor social media messaging and social listening tools.
- Create and monitor paid social media posts and audiences.
- Develop a systematic approach to track, monitor, and report competitor marketing activity.
- Various marketing administrative tasks including but not limited to lead data entry and distribution in CRM platform, processing and tracking marketing expenses, monitoring online presence of competitors, and distribution of industry updates.
- Complete special projects, analyses, and surveys assigned by management.
- Represent Sims Limited positively and professionally.
- Maintain proper work ethic and attention to detail.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or Information Systems; Level 6 award, certificate, or diploma; or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with marketing information systems.
- Fully bilingual in English/Spanish.

**Salary Range**
**25,000 to 27,000 MNX before taxes per month**
Pay: $25,000.00 - $27,000.00 per month
