We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our growth across various platforms.
**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for Casanevo.Co properties.- Manage and optimize listings on Airbnb and other OTA platforms, ensuring high visibility and engagement.- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including Instagram and TikTok, to build brand awareness and drive traffic to our listings.- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content that showcases the unique features of our properties.- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and influencers to enhance our brand reputation and reach.- Assist in the development of promotional materials, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.- Provide excellent customer service and support to prospective and current clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the short-term rental or hospitality industry.- Proven experience managing listings on Airbnb and other OTAs.- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, with a demonstrated ability to create engaging content.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.- Proficient in using marketing tools and software (e.G., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms).
