We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing professional to join our A team!Responsibilities include managing our small but growing marketing team.
Deliver clear and accurate training and coaching to our franchise partners, and execute our integrated sales and marketing approach using elements of Account Based Marketing (AM) within our CRM ecosystem.

Experience in B2B sales or sales management (Real-Estate specific industries a bonus).
Experience in sales management is encouraged.
Familiarity or work experience using Account Based Marketing (AM) encouraged.
Technical ability to quickly learn in a SaaS CRM environment.
Have a well balanced understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Retargeting) and Social Media.
Feel comfortable coaching, training and making presentations to both current and prospective franchisees in both sales and marketing best practices.
An ability to prioritize, find problems and challenges, resolve complex situations, and solve problems effectively and autonomously.
