Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance and skills.
- Monitor sales activity and performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports for management review.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and market expansion, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Recruitment and Team Building
- Recruit, onboard, and train new independent sales representatives to expand the sales team.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new and existing team members to help them succeed in their roles.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging teamwork and mutual support among team members.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective sales representatives.
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives in managing customer relationships and closing sales.
- Represent the company at industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand business opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Degree (mandatory) with some complementary Post-Secondary education
- 10+ years of proven experience and results in sales management, preferably in direct sales or multi-level marketing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with team members and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Driver's license and reliable transportation a requirement

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
