Sales Applications Engineer

Role and Responsibilities- Audit "Request For Quotes" for accuracy prior to project submission to team- Build Initial Bill of Materials and routing for quote work- Work closely with Sales team to determine project path- Verify data and design for tool procurement- Determine materials that meet customer requirements- Responsible for overseeing project from closed/won until production handoff- Develop PPAPs- Read and understand technical material and specifications- Determine overall converting process to meet customer specifications- Advanced English**Qualifications and Education Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing preferred)- Must have strong Microsoft Office skills and familiar with utilizing ERP systems (EPICOR a plus).- The applicant must possess good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work with others in a team environment and be highly self-motivated.- Applicant should have a forward-thinking mindset, thrive on challenge, and be able to think "outside the box".- Strong work ethic is a must.- Previous Converting/Stamping experience a plus.- Must have knowledge of CAD software (Solidworks a plus)Automotive experience a plusENVIAR CV EN INGLESTrabajo remoto- NoTipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: A partir de $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Días por enfermedad- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistenciaConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:Contar con certificado d vacunaciónEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)
