DE C.V, Subsidiary of SPEA S.p.A Group - worldwide leader in the design and implementation of testing systems for microchips and electronic boards - is looking for a Sales Assistant & Back Office part time for its Office in Guadalajara.
The candidate will be inserted as Sales Assistant and Back Office and will take care of the management of the orders of the customers, taking care of both the process of Order that the activities of creation and care of the Internal Orders, necessary for their fulfillment.
The wanted figure will have to use own competences in commercial law, taxation and logistics to the aim to operate the activities of verification and confirmation of the orders received from customers SPEA.
By developing the right commercial sensitivity, the candidate will have the opportunity to take care of the relationship with the end customer, supporting him in the monitoring of the supply planning.
By combining the knowledge of SPEA products and the understanding of the dynamics of the ERP, the candidate must take care of the generation of internal orders aimed at the fulfillment of supplies, taking charge of the management of the technical-commercial data related to them.
As a Sales Assistant you will participate in the day-by-day sales activities, including definition of equipment configurations based on customer needs, quotations, Purchase Order management, development of strategical business relationships with our commercial partners.
Requirements: Diploma of Commercial Technical Institute/Accounting/Linguistics or Degree in Economics Required Excellent knowledge of written English Appreciated experience in Order Processing (logistics of shipment/programming orders/management customers) Proactivity, Organization and Work by Priority.
Preferable knowledge of elements of Italian and International Law, Italian Taxation, Commercial Relations.
