Sales assistants are able to respond directly, with some guidance, to any and all requests from management.
Able to handle routine office duties.
Able to prioritize workflow and manage tasks.
Able to respond directly
with some guidance to any and all request from clients, accounts, and sales management.
Establishes a good
attitude of teamwork with co-workers.
Duties and responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Capture all order entry in general system.
outbound phone calls )
- Collects and compiles information in response to internal and external requests
- sales orders,
order status, etc.
- Review reports and other correspondence.
Routes the information to the appropriate staff
member.
- Prepares correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentation documents.
- General Sales administrative support: Maintains and updates sales information such as customer
pricing, others.
- Support to coordinate Line Reviews, expos and shows.
- New customers development assistant.
**Required Skills**:
- General education degree ( GED ) in course or finished.
- Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external.
- Advance knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with writing/documenting standard work
- **Clear and concise oral and written communication in both English and Spanish.

- Ability and management to work under pressure.
- Excellent attitude and presentation.
- **Current Passport and Travel VISA for USA ( not mandatory, but preferred )**
Pay: $20,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
