Leading company in its field looking for experienced people with a high sense of responsibility to provide commercial insurance services to our USA business owner clients.
* ** NO HOME OFFICE***WE ARE NOT A CALL CENTER***DescriptionFirst contact with the customer by email and phone call.Request basic information from potential clients to transfer it at sales department.We do not close sales.Assistance on the accounts that are in sales process.Customer service support.Benefits:Attractive Base salary + Monthly bonus + Commissions.Work Schedule Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pmEmployee Benefits Required by Law.Direct contract with the company.Excellent work environment.Opportunity to grow with the company.RequirementsResponsible.Experience in customer service at least one year.Experience on incoming and outgoing calls.Proactive and self-motivated.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Microsoft Office.85% written and spoken English.
