**Sales Assistant (English)**

Since 2013, we have written thousands of business plans, with expertise in 120 different industries, and we handle communications in various languages.
We work with the most prominent immigration law firms in the United States and Canada, and now we are currently expanding and seeking other markets. Every business plan is unique - and complicated. An expertly written business plan is a critical component of your client's success. And we have successfully established very solid relationships with hundreds of B2B partners.
We have our team throughout the US with our headquarters in Miami. We also have offices in three different cities in Serbia: Novi Sad, Nis and Belgrade, Bosnia and Macedonia and team members In France, Colombia, and the Philippines.
The Product
Our primary product is immigration business plans, but we also focus on commercial, advisory and market research, and marketing services.

**Responsibilities**:
Our new Sales Assistant understands the dynamics of:
- Scheduling calls
- Stepping in to close deals
- Engaging in account management
- Identifying opportunities for upselling
- Anticipating and solving situations before our executive team does
**Tasks will include**:
- CRM Management
- Contract Management
- Reporting
- AR management
- B2B calls
- B2C calls
- Closing contracts
- Partnerships Management
- Testimonials Management
- Bachelor's or College degree
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in supporting a sales executive
- Fluent in English - knowledge of an additional language is considered as an advantage
- Computer savvy, with a demonstrable ability to learn new programs quickly (experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Hubspot is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, flexible team player
- Familiarity with immigration law and processes is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, able to engage in client-facing conversations and exhibit problem solving abilities
- Customer-oriented and results-driven
- Proactive, autonomous, and dynamic personality

- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
