Responsibilities:Receive applications from the pre-qualifications queue and review for accuracyReview the completed agent agreement to ensure it matches with the application and supporting documentationReview the application until the agent is activated and ensure the information submitted meets Ria's company policiesIdentify incorrect information in applications, provide solutions and identify opportunities to improve efficienciesSupport our internal departments and field sales representatives to assure applications are being processed professionally and in a timely manner in the queueSet up the new agents' account which includes contact information, identification number, pricing, commissions, etc.Notify Sales, Finance, Procurement and Web Support departments about the new activationsCoordinate the activation of the new agent once the requirements are fulfilledUpdate our existing agent's information such as bank accounts, owner's information, phone numbers, fax numbers and e-mail addresses (if required)Process the change of owner's applications of our existing agentsPerform other duties and/or projects as assignedQualifications:High school graduate and or some college preferredExcellent English and Spanish language skillsCritical thinking using logic and reasoning to identify incorrect information and provide alternative solutions to move the application to the activation queueAnalytical thinking to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problemsAttention to detail, learning skills, and decision makingAbility to operate in a team environmentChange adaptability and flexibility to work extended hours or weekendsAbility to communicate clearly via e-mailAbout Ria:Today, people are on the move more than ever before.
