The Sales assistant reports to the Head of Sales Mexico, plays a pivotal role in the sales team, acting as a bridge between the sales force and the Sales Manager. Administrative support in implementing sales strategies and ensuring the sales team's goals align with the company's objectives. Focuses on optimizing team performance and fostering a dynamic sales environment, the Assistant Sales Manager provides support through coaching, motivation, and administrative oversight. Their position is a blend of leadership responsibilities and hands-on involvement in sales operations, making them key to driving sales success and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Aguinaldo 30 días Your Responsibilities: Assisting the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability. Supports to set sales goals and targets, and monitoring the team's performance to ensure these are met or exceeded. Creates the Xmatrix according to management strategy and feeds the monthly results, alert the team of deviations, and ask for actions. Conducting regular sales meetings to discuss targets, strategies, and ongoing projects. Collaborating with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Preparing sales reports and analyzing data to identify trends, forecast sales, and assess the effectiveness of sales tactics. Overseeing the administration of CRM systems and ensuring the sales team accurately records Customer interactions and sales. Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations and materials. Helping to coordinate sales meetings and follow-ups with clients. Monitoring sales performance and generating reports for senior management. Handling customer inquiries and issues in collaboration with sales representatives. Managing and evaluating key performance indicators for the sales team. Identifying new market opportunities or leads to feed the Sales force with potential new business opportunities. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in business administration. A year or 2 of experience in similar role as assistant to Sales manager or equivalent. High administrative skills. Advanced Communication skills. Data Analytics. Project Management Skills.
