This position is a position where the hired individual will be using our CRM (Podio) and calling leads that have entered our system.
We will be determining if this person is ready to sell, while extracting their motivation about why they want to sell in the first place.
In this role, there is the possibility of remaining as a Follow Up Specialist, or becoming a closer for real estate properties.

Hourly Rate: Base Pay + Commissions

- $500-$1000 Base + Commissions

40 hours per week

M: 9-5:30

T-Th: 9-1 (Break from 1-3) 3-7:30

Fri: 9-5:30

Every other Saturday from 10-2pm (Flexible on this)

Pay: $18,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
