**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
As a Sales Associate with us, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our customers find the perfect pieces to enhance their living spaces. We're looking for individuals who are personable, responsible, and client focused. You'll have the opportunity to use your creative eye for design while providing exceptional service.
**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Passion for furniture and home décor as well as the sales process.
- Interior design experience or previous furniture sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must.
- A dedication to delivering outstanding client experiences.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist clients in finding furniture and decor that suits their style and needs.
- Offer expert advice on design and product selection.
- Provide exceptional client service and build lasting relationships.
- Take initiative to resolve client inquiries and issues.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in furniture and home decor.
