**Sales Associate**This is a hands on role and working in partnership with the team is as important as generating new client relationships.**Responsibilities**- Responsible for selling all portfolio of K2 services- Demonstrate independence in making business decisions relating to generating clients and placing resources for permanent or contract opportunities- Ability to expand business and sell independently across K2's entire service portfolio (Contract, Perm, K2U, K2K).- Management of the recruitment sales and engagement function and the wider team to deliver against sales targets and long-term strategic growth.- Demonstrate awareness of market trends and general business conditions which could impact or drive the growth of existing business.- Hit individual daily, monthly, individual and team targets.- Develop, drive, and execute search strategies as well as nurture own network of market-leading professionals.- Work collaboratively with colleagues in other areas of the business.**Requirements & Skills**- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.- 5+ years working in a recruitment or technical recruitment role.- Time Management skills- Proven track record of results in the IT Recruitment space- Knowledge of Solution Sales techniques- Ability to develop new client generating and Recruitment strategies.- Participation in events- Solution oriented and integrity.- Languages: Advanced English- This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
