Sales & Business Advisor Sr. 1Fecha: 20 dic 2024#LI-SN1Sales and Business AdvisorPrimary Purpose of the Position:Advise and manage customer accounts to accomplish the sell in / sell out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets to meet/exceed company targets.Support credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship.Develop business opportunities to support company growth.Evaluate customer needs and suggest proactive business solutions, promoting reliable and long-term relationships with customers.Plan, develop, and support business strategies in terms of price, mix, channels, promotion, and product portfolio.Main Responsibilities:Promote sell out, following business priorities.Active collaboration, resolving and preventing Credit & Collection issues.Keep an open and frequent communication with the customers, to favor win/win business.Keep technical knowledge updated, demonstrating expertise in GY products and processes, adding value to the customers' business needs.Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, developing a data-driven-oriented focus, being able to detect and capture improvement opportunities.Develop long-term relationships.Specific for Peru: Supports ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF16949 as required.Education:Required: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related courses.Proficient in MS Office, capable of performing analyses in Excel and creating PowerPoint presentations.Experience:Required: 3+ years of sales experience.Desired: Previous experience in Tire and/or Retail Market.Knowledge:Sales and marketing skills.Target-focused and planning development.Business acumen.Able to balance a customer-oriented and results-driven approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
