Sales & Business Advisor Sr. 1Primary Purpose of the Position:Advise and manage customer accounts to accomplish the sell in / sell out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets to meet/exceed company targets.Support credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship.Develop business opportunities to support company growth.Evaluate customer needs and suggest proactive business solutions, promoting reliable and long-term relationships with customers.Plan, develop, and support business strategies in terms of price, mix, channels, promotion, and product portfolio.Main Responsibilities:Promote sell out, following business priorities.Active collaboration, resolving and preventing Credit & Collection issues.Keep an open and frequent communication with the customers, to favor win/win business.Keep technical knowledge updated, demonstrating to be an expert in GY products and processes, adding value to the customers' business needs.Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, developing a data-driven-oriented focus, being able to detect and capture improvement opportunities.Develop long-term relationships.Specific for Peru: Supports ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF16949 as required.Education:Required: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related courses.Proficient in MS Office, capable of making analyses in Excel and creating PowerPoint presentations.Experience:Required: 3+ Years of Sales experience.Desired: Previous experience in Tire and/or Retail Market.Knowledge:Sales and Marketing skills.Target-focused and planning development.Business acumen.Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
