**Sales & Business Development Engineer**:

SIKORA is a German company with 50 years in the market, for quality assurance during the production of cables, hoses, tubes, optical fibers and plastics.
**These are your tasks**:
- Creating a close relationship with existing customers and acquiring new customers within the assigned business territory incl. regular visits.
- Market research to develop the territory.
- Explaining the technical aspects of products and individual solutions as well as benefits and services for customers using technical presentations.
- International and domestic travels up to 70% of your working time.
- Seeking and organizing sales projects incl. preparation of proposals, negotiations and closing.
- Attending international exhibitions and/or conferences (Valid passport and visa are required).
**These are our expectations**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in the industry (Wire, Cable, Tube, Hose, plastics and/or Equipment's for production lines are a plus) of at least 5 years.
- At least 3 years of experience developing new business and creating alliance with current customers.
- Good skills in MS Office, skills in MS Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
- Willingness to travel constantly (occasionally also outside Mexico).
- Customer oriented.
- Proficiency English language (spoken and written).
