Sales Closer

This is a remote position.This company is a US family-owned business serving residential lawns with expert installation and stellar customer service.As a Sales Closer, your main responsibility will be to follow up with warm leads who have already spoken to our company and received a proposal. This position requires zero cold calling. Instead, you'll be reaching out to leads who are familiar with our offerings, guiding them through the final stages of their decision-making process, and closing the sale. Your goal is to convert leads into satisfied clients through clear communication, persistence, and expert persuasion.Responsibilities:Follow up with warm leads: Contact potential clients who have shown interest in our services and have already received a proposal. Sales via phone: Conduct follow-up calls to convert leads into customers. Understand their needs, address any concerns, and highlight the benefits of our services. Maintain client relationships: Build rapport and ensure a positive customer experience that drives long-term loyalty. Track interactions: Keep detailed records of communications and sales efforts in our CRM system to ensure smooth follow-up processes. Close sales: Seal the deal by providing compelling reasons for clients to move forward with our services. Requirements2+ years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of successfully closing deals. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written (English level: C1/C2) Highly persuasive with strong negotiation skills. Comfortable making calls to follow up on leads and proposals. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Organized, with strong attention to detail and time management. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
