Having communication skills partnered with critical thinking are prerequisites for this job.**Sales Coach responsibilities are**:- Acting as a mentor to sales agents- Reinforcing sales best practices and integrate those to the sales agents phone practice- Evaluating agents strengths and weaknesses- Implementing strategies to help guide employees- Monitoring employee performance**Skills**:- Excellent analytical skills- Excellent motivational- Great problem-solving- Effective communication**Requirements**:- Experience as a Sales Coach/ Sales Trainer- Call Center experience- Familiar with Microsoft MS 365- Professional coaching certificates or education
