**Sales Coach responsibilities are**:

- Acting as a mentor to sales agents
- Reinforcing sales best practices and integrate those to the sales agents phone practice
- Evaluating agents strengths and weaknesses
- Implementing strategies to help guide employees
- Monitoring employee performance

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Sales Coach/ Sales Trainer
- Call Center experience
- Familiar with Microsoft MS 365
- Professional coaching certificates or education
