The Sales Compensations Associate will support the efforts of the compensation process for our different sales units across Arrow. In this role, understanding sales plans, being attentive to detail and problem fixing oriented are part of the success traits desired.

This role is suitable for recent grads or entry level employees.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Support the HR Sales Compensation Analysts with information regarding the sales plans.
- Maintain and update compensation information pertinent to each division.
- Support the verified accuracy and timeliness of payments; submit this information to payroll as requested.
- Answer questions from sales employees regarding compensation.
- Support activities needed for the development, implementation and administration of incentive programs and policies.
- Manage Workday reports.

**What We Are Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience; a 4-year degree is preferred in economic-administrative fields.
- Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, problem solving skills, analytical skills.

**Work Arrangement**:

- Hybrid: 3days in office/2days work from home
