Job Purpose and Impact
The Sales Consultant will participate in face-to-face and remote selling to our new and existing customers, managing the sales process directly.
We seek a results-oriented professional who will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions.
Motivated to work in teams to bring strong solutions to a growing market.
Build a business plan for each account developing strong customer intimacy.
Development and delivery of sales proposals and conducting detailed presentations for effective product demonstration.
Plan daily activities, including customer visits and establish quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve.
Follow market and competition evolution, relaying information to senior staff.
Increase EWOS/Cargill market share in the designated area.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Minimum of two years of related work experience Ability to create win-win situations for both Cargill and our customers Strong communication skills in Spanish and good level of English Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Must have a valid work permit in US and a valid passport to travel oversea (central America and Mexico)
Preferred Qualifications Experience in aquaculture in marine or warm water species.
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Animal Science, or related Have previously work in Mexico or Central America.
