We are seeking people with a passion for helping others, who are eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a direct impact on our growth and the success of our global sales org. Proven problem-solving and communication skills are required.This is a hybrid position open to candidates residing in Mexico City. We help each other out by sharing best practices and focus on winning as a team.In this role, you will:Ensure execution of complex post-sales business processes with a high sense of urgency on behalf of the sales organization.Partner with the sales team to troubleshoot issues such as invoicing requirements, contract changes and purchase orders for multi-year public sector contracts.Serve as an internal liaison, leveraging cross-functional relationships with Sales Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to provide comprehensive sales support.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and support best practices.Identify and propose opportunities to improve internal team processes.Engage with selected customer procurement contacts to ensure documentation such as purchase orders are complete and accurate.Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.Minimum requirements for the role:Fluent (speaking, reading, writing) in both English and Spanish.2-3 years of work experience.Critical thinking to solve problems.Experience processing high volume of complex support ticket requests
