Inspirar a su equipo con valores y principios eticos.- Acompañar al equipo para Incrementar las ventas de otros productos del portafolio (cross selling)- Desarrollo de estrategia para acompañar al equipo en el Incremento de compra del producto que ya tiene adquirido (Upselling).
Incremento de la facturacion.- Desarrollo de estrategias para la rentabilización sin poner en riesgo la cartera de clientes (arte de la negociación).- Desarrollo y acompañamiento con habilidad para la Atracción de nuevos clientes al portafolio existente (Venta nueva)
