This individual will be responsible for researching potential leads, analyzing data, and creating targeted lists of prospective clients to support business growth and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and skilled at gathering and interpreting data to build strategic prospect lists.WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:Lead Research & IdentificationIdentify potential leads through various research methods, including online databases, industry publications, social media, and CRM tools.Evaluate leads based on company-defined criteria, including industry relevance, revenue, size, location, and decision-making capacity.Verify and update contact information, business details, and any relevant lead characteristics.Database & List DevelopmentBuild and maintain up-to-date prospect lists to support sales campaigns and initiatives.Organize leads based on defined segments, such as target industry, business size, geographic region, and other relevant filters.Ensure lead data accuracy and completeness by regularly updating and cleaning records within the CRM.Market ResearchConduct industry-specific research to understand trends, emerging market segments, and potential client needs.Monitor competitor activities to identify new prospecting opportunities and trends that align with sales goals.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand target profiles and refine prospect lists accordingly.Provide insights and recommendations to sales representatives on prospecting priorities and strategy.Assist in ad-hoc lead generation projects or data-related initiatives as required.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in lead research, data entry, or sales support roles.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data sources (e.G., LinkedIn, industry databases).Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to quickly gather, evaluate, and interpret data
