OB creation request (after monitoring the stock)Orders modifications (split lines, changes delivery date requests as per CLP requests, partial shipments)Coordinate special deliveries (e.g.: direct shipments from MP to Customers)Trainings to Sales in topics related with Customer Service function (e.g., CRM quotation, planning, minimum information in the sales orders)Follow up of projects status in CRM with the LA Sales force and participation in the monthly meetings with VS and AI CLPsOpen orders follow up reports: Details of open orders - check the delivery dates accuracy in PC4 and request further information to CLPsCollection and answer to all questions from LA Customer Service RepresentativesCRM Complaint tickets creation and follow up for BU ordersBU Debit & Credit NotesRequests to CDC (E.g., Documentation, priorities in outbound, general information about delivery status)Contact with Export Control Office in relation with special blocks and documentation to release ordersProxy of Customer Service Rep during vacations
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in logistics areas
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in administrative or foreign trade areas
Business English in written and oral form
Experience in import and export operations
SAP handling and Microsoft parcels
