A U. S based Company quickly growing locally is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales/Customer Service Manager for the Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico office.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:- Set goals and assess team's processes and procedures to achieve goals. Report to Sales/Customer Service Director on said goals.- Identify opportunities of improvement.- Foster healthy relationships between team players.- Assess individual performances through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions if needed.- Help close leads produced for you team.- **At least 2 years of experience in Sales/Customer service.**- Fully bilingual, fluent in spoken English.- **Bachelor's degree in Communications/Administration or any other in the Humanities field (Engineers will only be considered as a second or third option).**- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Ability to lead team to meet goals.- Leadership and team lead skills.- Experience setting goals.- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms.- Preferable but not obligated background/knowledge in industrial and commercial construction, events, renewal energy, warehouse, medical and clerical staffing, but other experience will be considered.What we offer:- Company laptop.- Great working environment (no micromanaging) and the best working facilities Cd.
