Description : Perform audits to the Dealer Network in Mexico (Nissan & Infiniti) and NIBU, following applicable auditing standards, to evaluate the compliance level with Nissan Mexicana policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Perform onsite audits in Dealer Network to identify non-compliance with sales reporting policies.Execute desk audits and convey findings to the Dealer Network.Carry out the sample selection considering various criteria previously established through Dashboards.Analyze units of physical revisions performed by Floor plan to know their status in inventory.Perform preliminary issues report and communicate to the administrative representative at the Dealer Network's primary deficiencies to receive more information to clarify prior issues.Report to the Supervisor preliminary issues to receive feedback on their findings.Present audit results to Dealers, Executive Management, and related groups.Do closing reports, audit reports, and prepare survey monkey questionnaires.Attend to any doubt from the Dealers about the audit process.Identify potential risk in the Dealer Network and communicate to the Dealer Quality Assurance team.Draw logical conclusions based on information gathered during the audit to determine the financial impact of audit results and share them with the Supervisor.Provide assurance about the compliance level of Nissan standards through dealer audits focused on sales reports and incentives payment.Document activities into internal manuals.Perform status and monthly reports on the result of the Network.Execute database cleaning in order to update a Dashboard that helps select samples every month.Perform Dashboards to carry out digital audits and to be able to identify alerts of possible findings.Assist in the preparation of analysis reports.Perform data analysis on sales, and incentives process with supervision.Ensure that the sales information submitted by the Dealer Network is correct and aligned to Sales manuals, policies and proceduresEducation/Certifications:Preferable bachelor's degree in accounting, Economy, Finance, or Industrial Engineering Business Administration / Industrial Engineer.Previous Work ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in Internal Audit operational audits, specifically in areas such as Sales, Aftersales, TCS or in an international Accounting/Consultancy firm (Big4 preferred).Professional in:Auto/Manufacturing Industry.Knowledge of dealership sales operations.Knowledge of Data Analytics.Other Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesLanguage: Advanced English minimum 650 TOEIC or equivalent.Travel: 70% of travel time (availability).Must have:Organized.Results oriented.Problem-solving.Computer Skills: Excel, Visio, Tableau & Power BI.Nice to have:Knowledge of COSO, Risk management.Certifications: CFE, CIA or PMO.Nissan (NMEX, NRFS, NRFM and ANZEN) hires based on the fulfillment of the job profile in the vacancy, without distinction or discrimination based on gender, gender identity and/or expression, sexual orientation, race, color, language, religion, political or any other opinion, national or social origin, economic position, birth or any other condition.By applying for the advertised position, candidates acknowledge that Nissan Mexicana and its subsidiaries reserve the right to conduct a public conduct searchdue to the sensitive nature of the assets and information involved in the role.
