Come join the Sales team as a Sales Developer .
You'll be responsible for the development of our business brands in the Traditional Channel.
You'll be in charge of finding and developing new business and commercial opportunities on the field, the financial leadership and support to the Sales and Marketing organizations in Brazil.
This role is located in Culiacan, Mexico.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing   Distributors management: Manage distributors making sure we reach our volume objectives with our different clients.
Routes: Going through 33 routes to visit our clients, striking new deals and alliances.
Workforce development: Train our workforce on better ways of working, new strategies, new displays and more.
Commercial strategy implementation : Implement new commercial plans and strategies across the region.
Data analysis: Analyze and interpreting commercial data.
Make sure our new strategies are implemented consistently and correctly on the field everyday.
We're Looking for Someone With   Bachelor's Degree.
1+ years of related work experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and, leadership skills.
Intermediate English.
