Sales Developer

You'll be in charge of finding and developing new business and commercial opportunities on the field, the financial leadership and support to the Sales and Marketing organizations in Brazil.This role is located in Culiacan, Mexico.Based on your performance, you'll have the opportunity to grow in your role.A Taste of What You'll Be DoingDistributors management: Manage distributors making sure we reach our volume objectives with our different clients.Routes: Going through 33 routes to visit our clients, striking new deals and alliances.Workforce development: Train our workforce on better ways of working, new strategies, new displays and more.Commercial strategy implementation: Implement new commercial plans and strategies across the region.Data analysis: Analyze and interpret commercial data.
