JumpCloud is IT Simplified.About the Role:We're looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead our Mexico City-based team. This role will manage Inbound SDRs for JumpCloud's business in Canada, the US, and Latin America. You'll collaborate with our sales leadership and Demand Generation team to develop effective processes and measure performance against weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.The JumpCloud SDR team is a key area of focus for the organization responsible for improving mid-funnel conversion and rapidly growing acquisition of new logos. You'll be expected to bring your experience and sense of urgency to help propel the team forward. This role reports to the Global Head of Sales Development.In this position, you will:Grow and lead a team of highly qualified sales development representatives.Partner with Demand Generation to uplevel current processes for inbound lead handling and develop new ones where needed.Partner with the Global Head of Sales Development to establish global standards of SDR operation and performance.Own pipeline goals by working with your team to generate qualified meetings for the Americas Direct and MSP sales teams.Coach team on best practices to develop the skills needed to progress their careers within JumpCloud.Bring enthusiasm and creativity to the team daily, to nurture a winning and collaborative environment.Monitor SFDC, Outreach and other tools to track activities, ensure SLAs are met, and provide regular updates to sales and marketing leadership.Preferred qualifications:2+ years experience managing an SDR team or equivalent in a selling role.Familiarity with security or identity and access management industry.Strong ability to motivate your team and drive results, especially in a remote environment.Demonstrated ability to use Salesforce and other tools to manage the business and accurately forecast pipeline and meeting generation. Outreach and Gong experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organization skills.A positive can-do attitude, a passion for helping coach sales people, and a personal investment in your team's success and the success and growth of its individuals.Bachelor's degree desired.Where you'll be working/Location:This role is hybrid in the country of Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role.This hybrid role is based in the Mexico City metro area and requires team members to spend a few days each week in the office
