Aloware is a modern contact center solution built to triple performance with unlimited calling, texting, and automation features. We are currently in search of results-oriented sales professionals with a strong hunter mentality and a desire to win. The SDR's on our team share a few common traits: they are self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about evangelizing Aloware in the International/US market.**Responsibilities**- Understand and be the champion of the Aloware product in market.- Confidently 'cold-call' prospective clients and build relationships with senior members of the prospective organisation with a consultative and friendly approach.- Quickly identify the prospective clients' needs and link to the benefit of adopting Aloware technology.- Proactively seek opportunities to generate new business, utilising internal systems, contacts and social media, and events.- Collaboration with the wider sales team to curate and deploy multi-touch campaigns through an account-based approach, and work closely with the Revenue Operations team to ensure targeted outreach to the correct personas.- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps, by setting up meetings and calls.**Requirements**:- 3 to 5years of B2B sales experience required- Previous cold calling experience required- Collaborative mentality by prioritizing 'we' and not focusing on 'me'- Results-driven & competitive nature- Superb writing, communication, and listening skills; you must understand objections and defeat them by turning skeptics into ecstatic new customers- Outstanding time management skills- High level of empathy - it's important for our SDR's to be a good person to peers and prospects- Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve resultsNB: This is a Fully Remote role.B0GhXZKUB1
