As the Sales Development Representative, you will leverage HubSpot to prospect, qualify, and generate customer leads, contributing to the organization's overall growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales development, strong communication skills, and familiarity with the real estate industry.

What You'll DoProspect, qualify and generate leads using HubSpot tools, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads into the sales funnel.Conduct cold calling and email outreach to potential clients, uncovering opportunities through strategic outreach.Identify and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions and secure discovery meetings.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and track lead performance.Qualify and nurture leads through personalized communication, showcasing the value of our real estate solutions.Utilize HubSpot CRM to track lead interactions, update lead statuses, and ensure accurate and timely follow-up.Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on lead priorities and strategies.Build and maintain a dynamic pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities.Stay informed about industry trends and real estate market dynamics to communicate with prospects effectively.What You NeedEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years in sales development, with a focus on using HubSpot sales tools.Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and sales tools.Strong understanding of sales development best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.Salary & PerksCompetitive salary.This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 2 hour accepted) - PST.Additional perks.
