Job descriptionWe seek a proactive and organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Business Development team and focus on our SMB Lending product. The ideal candidate will manage and nurture leads through the acquisition pipeline, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently. This role will be crucial in engaging with potential customers, organizing lead tracking, and supporting the acquisition process to drive growth for our SMB Lending segment. What you'll be doing at albo:Reach out to pre-registered leads to initiate the onboarding process and guide them through the initial steps.Ensure that leads accurately capture and complete all necessary forms and information.Create and maintain a transparent follow-up system to track leads through each stage of the acquisition pipeline.Regularly update CRM and internal tracking systems to reflect the status and progress of each lead.Trigger and manage email communications to nurture leads through the acquisition process.Provide timely follow-up to ensure leads progress smoothly and receive relevant information at each stage.Facilitate final stages by coordinating the sending of necessary documentation, including contracts, to qualified leads.Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding execution.Partner closely with albo product team to develop and implement automated solutions, helping to shape our operations and drive long-term efficiency.About you and what type of skills you'll need:Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar customer-facing role.Customer Centricity: You're customer-obsessed, constantly thinking about improving the customer experience.Hands-on: We're looking for a comfortable and willing leader to be a hands-on contributor.
