The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating quality new business pipeline to support our product led growth motion, GCNow. You will get the opportunity to work alongside a winning team of professionals who are all equally invested in the success of the business. This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will be the first touch in the buyer journey. The SDR role is a critical function for driving the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport with contacts by offering value added and relevant resources.
- Provide feedback loop and actively assist marketing and product team with strategies to drive opportunities and pipeline for GCNow.
- Qualify and follow-up on inbound GCNow leads to sales opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criterion by educating potential customers.
- Assist in answering technical questions and providing high-level product demos.
- Engage in strategic outbound prospecting including cold calling and leveraging intent data to generate interest.
- Expand on key buying personas and units in target accounts.
- Engage with social media channels to effectively build relationships and interact with potential buyers to spread brand awareness for GCNow.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to provide the best hand-off process keeping the buyer's experience at the forefront.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years former BDR/SDR experience with proven track record
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
- Displays a sense of curiosity and problem solving in uncovering prospect/customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen and natural curiosity.
- Comfortable reaching out to new contacts via phone and/or other channels and having conversations.
- Ability to prioritize work with strong time management, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative and ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Driven to exceed defined individual key performance indicators (KPIs) and team targets and quotas.
- Comfortable with remote and distributed teams, as well as flexible work arrangements
- Technical and understanding of complex SAAS solutions.
- Growth mindset with the ability to demo to upper leadership and executive audience.

Additional Requirements:

- Salesforce and Lead Management platforms (Outreach, Salesloft) experience is a plus.
- Savvy with social selling, blogging, video, as well as all digital collaboration tools is a plus.
- Understanding or experience working with PLG (product led growth) motion.
- Prior demo experience for a SaaS company a plus
- Enjoys working with people and various cross functional teams within sales and marketing.
- Able to move prospective customers in the beginning stages along the buyer journey by adding value along each touch point and understanding customer problems.
- Passionate about the customer experience with strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- You have a knack for technology with a growth mindset.
- Works well with people with a positive attitude and mindset. Experience working in the SaaS industry and articulating the value of products through storytelling and problem based messaging.
- You are goal oriented and have a proven track record of achieving KPIs and consistent achievement of year-over-year quotas.
- You have a proven track record in business development or sales development roles and focus on the right mix of quality outreach and volume
