We are **Scale Up, **an early-stage recruiting agency, and we are looking for a **PART-TIME **Sales Development Representative (SDR) **with experience in the **Recruitment Industry **to help us expand our reach and accelerate our growth.

**About the Position**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research and social media platforms
- Craft personalized and compelling messages for LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team to further explore opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline development.
**Qualifications**
- ADVANCED oral and written English Level.
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles within the recruitment/staffing industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Apollo, and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimize sales processes.
- Ability to work autonomously, set and achieve objectives, and remain self-driven and motivated in a remote work setting.
- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
- Organized with attention to detail.
