The SDR will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach by identifying, engaging, and scheduling appointments with restaurant owners and operators to share the value of Trivr Eats' virtual restaurant brands.You will be the first point of contact for many restaurant partners, responsible for generating qualified leads and maintaining a steady pipeline for our Inside Sales team. Pre-vetted leads will be provided by the company to support your outreach efforts.**What You'll Do****Prospect & Outreach**:- Conduct research to identify quality restaurant operators and decision-makers.**Lead Qualification**:- Understand the needs of restaurant owners and educate them about Trivr Eats' no-risk, revenue-boosting solution.- Qualify leads to ensure a strong fit for partnership opportunities.**Appointment Setting**:- Schedule qualified meetings for the Inside Sales team (Closers) to complete the sales process.- Manage follow-ups and nurture relationships through active communication.**CRM & Pipeline Management**:- Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, outreach activity, and appointment status within the CRM.**Collaboration**:- Work closely with the Inside Sales team and Sales Manager to align outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.- Provide feedback on leads, scripts, and processes to continuously improve results.**What We're Looking For****Hard Skills**:- **Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).- **Sales Experience**:2-5 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation (B2B or B2C).
