.We are seeking for a Bilingual Sales Director to join our team in Cancun (Zona Hotelera) for our business unit Reserv (booking engine).

You will be the main point of sales all around Mexico.Role and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the entire Sales process: Contracting, Implementation / Onboarding, Account management, Retention and Growth.Proactively seeks and builds industry relationships.Continuously stay updated on local industry trends, analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities and refine strategies accordingly.Maintains and develops extensive prospects pipeline database.Define approach, prepares pitches, prepares presentations, attends appointments and networking events at tourism events.Plans, executes and follows up on prospecting market visits: programmed visits and cold visits.Organize and manage networking and/or prospecting events to increase brand visibility and cultivate networking opportunities.Foster and maintain relationships with industry associations and partners to strengthen and enhance brand awareness and expand reach.Applies deep knowledge of products and standard contract terms and conditions to help answer prospects' questions and adjust contracts when necessary.Develop ad-hoc proposals, supported by business cases and benchmark competitiveness.Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, tourism events, market prospecting visits in order to measure the effectiveness of prospecting efforts.Plan annual Sales spend budget.Works effectively cross-functionally with Account Management, IT, Finance and Customer Support.Gives support to Account Management team to stabilize and develop accounts, as well as work together for upselling efforts.Works together with Call Center and Customer Service teams in order to meet and optimize customers' quality standards.Required to travel up to 20% of the time to industry events, prospecting market visits, etc.Tool and ExperienceStrong knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry with an established network of industry contacts.Shows mastery in sales and negotiation techniques.Familiar and experienced in leading complex account negotiations and relationships.Strong knowledge of industry tech systems, connectivities and interactions between them.Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, especially at the market level.Welcoming, outgoing and service attitude personality, strengthen and develops its network and can easily forge strong working relationships with nearly anyone they meet.Strong communication skills, compelling storytelling, bold presentations and engaging presentations and meetings.Outstanding planning skills: structured contacting and following up.
