You'll be at the forefront of new business initiatives, fostering customer loyalty, and exceeding aggressive growth targets. This role requires hands-on leadership, direct selling expertise, and strategic commercial acumen.Your Key Responsibilities:Lead, develop, and empower a high-performance sales team across SEA and LATAM.Drive new business acquisition and elevate customer success.Develop and execute cross-regional sales strategies with a focus on Solution Selling.Lead territory planning, account planning, and opportunity development.Optimize sales tools and enhance pipeline visibility for precise forecasting.Cultivate strong relationships with C-suite executives.Retain and expand our customer base through engaging activities.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles selling analytics solutions to Tier 1 financial services.An extensive network of senior contacts in SEA (required) and LATAM (preferred) financial services is needed.Experience in discovery-led sales and stakeholder mapping.Proficiency in engaging and managing relationships with C-level executives.Working knowledge of cloud-hosted data technology solutions and API solutions.Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in an accountable culture.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to simplify complex business problems and offer effective solutions.Why You'll Love Us: At 1DataPipe, we empower our employees with comprehensive health and wellness plans, paid time off, flexible work arrangements, and future planning benefits.
