Financially responsible for BDF management, establishing customer spending rates, ensuring the customer P&L, and managing regional OPEX budget. Works with cross -functional teams from brand marketing, brand design, packaging, finance, customer service, customer marketing, supply chain, and legal. Responsible for hiring, training, development, and evaluation of sales organization.**Key responsibilities include**:Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levelsWork closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studiesUnderstand the competitive landscape and market trendsUnderstand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, tech, process and current partnershipsDetermine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and resultsEstablish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new productsMaintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitorsEstablish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demandComplete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work resultsMaintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
