.This position helps to expand the reach into LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela) and the Caribbean Region with Verimatrix solutions, by using enterprise class sales skills to evaluate opportunities and provide technical product information, presentations, proposals and quotations. The position is responsible for account development in new markets, as well as expanding business with existing customers in Mexico.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Develop customer relationships in Latin America and the Caribbean (the "**Region**")- share and in person meetings- Answer Verimatrix Region customer queries, while also identifying new business opportunities among such existing customers in the Region- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key Region accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors- Forecast and track key account metrics for prospects and customers in the Region- Collaborate with Verimatrix's Global Operations staff to assist with backlog projects and accelerate revenue recognition- Market Verimatrix in a way that maintains client satisfaction and delivery of exceptional client service- Provide proactive account management and support to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction- Monitor, analyze, and report on customers usage of Verimatrix products, utilizing metrics, forms, or other tools provided by Verimatrix.- Actively identify upsell opportunities in the Region- Work with Verimatrix to identify and develop sales targets and strategies- Keep Salesforce up to date with information regarding sales prospects, opportunities and forecasts- Liaise between the customer and Verimatrix- Manage the Verimatrix sales cycle- Develop and maintain strong client relationships- Manage strong relationships with existing Tier 2 and 3 carriers- Present solutions to potential customers- Work in a complex, virtual, team environment crossing geographic boundaries- Achieve sales goals without constant supervision- Manage company resources necessary to close proposed business and develop and conduct executive level presentations and/or demonstrations that may require interaction and coordination with marketing, engineering and other company support staff.- Other duties as assigned.**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
