We are seeking a Sales Director who spearhead and drive our company revenue growth, designing and implementing a strategic plan that increases the company's client portfolio and ensures a strong market presence, focusing on product differentiation and reinforcing the image of Maroma A Belmond Hotel and Casa de Sierra Nevada A Belmond Hotel as unique ultra-luxury boutique hotels in their genre in the region; using for this purpose all available communication channels both internally (within the hotel) and externally through e-marketing, engaging with our main business partners (press, direct clients, and retail travel agencies).- Managing, coaching and collaborating with the commercial team, developing people, setting goals, training, and following up on it.- Develops an annual sales forecast to ensure the profitability of the properties.- Develops an Sales Plan with monthly and quarterly objectives.- Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to have the resources needed to deliver the Sales Plan.- Sets monthly sales targets for each commercial section.- Establishes a quarterly sales report outlining all key achievements- Determines the appropriate staffing of Sales Executives needed for sales in collaboration with marketing.- Compiles periodic reports and meets with the team to follow up on objectives.- Devises action plans to ensure maximum efficiency of processes and business performance.- Supports the growth of B2C via PCMs**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Sales, or equivalent.5 years of prior experience in the position with a proven track record.Deep knowledge in managing the luxury hotel market segment.Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.Proficient knowledge of Google Suites, E-commerce, E-marketing, Social media.Experience in negotiating proposals, agreements, and contracts.Availability to travel nationally and internationally when necessary.Fast thinker and creative with exceptional attention to detail.Organizational and leadership skills.Eligible to work in Mexico.**Benefits**:- Competitive Salary and Benefit Scheme- Private Health Insurance- Life Insurance- Training & Development- Executive Performance Bonus Scheme
