Monitor sales performance against targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed.Retention: Trigger portfolio transformation aligned to the LRP and segment strategic posture.Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the customer base with new poultry, meat, and seafood processors both locally and abroad.Penetration and Innovation: Lead and intentionally use core and new capabilities to deliver innovation, transform the portfolio, and improve profitability.Industry and Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to gather market intelligence and identify potential business leads.Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Food Engineering (desirable). MBA is a plus.Ingredient experience.10+ years' experience in the Protein segment (meat, poultry, fish, and alternative proteins).Fully bilingual (English 100%).
