You support our team as
**Sales & Distribution Engineer**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare commercial proposals for new projects.
- Advise the client on our product, provide training if necessary.
- Prepare quotations and manage price lists for the development of technical and commercial proposals.
- Define and execute periodic reports summarizing the overall performance development of the area of responsibility.
- Carry out duties derived from the employment contract in compliance with health and safety regulations, not only for personal safety and health but also for the safety of other workers and to protect the facilities where they work.
- Report hazardous conditions or situations to the immediate supervisor or internal bodies for prevention within the workplace (prevention services, health and safety committee, prevention delegates) so that timely actions can be taken.
- Properly use and maintain personal protective equipment according to received instructions, immediately reporting to the person responsible for its supply or maintenance in case of loss, damage, expiration, or malfunction, as well as the proper use of assigned work tools.
- Implement environmental and health and safety operational controls in accordance with work instructions
- Negotiation and conflict management.
- Customer orientation (internal and external).
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).
- Knowledge of sales engineering, supply chain management, and logistics
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
- Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles related to product design, manufacturing processes, and distribution systems.
- Strong team collaboration, leadership, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a sales or distribution engineering role ( +2 years of experience)
- Experience in sales strategies, including B2B sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and negotiation.
