Our representatives will be responsible for attending a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls from customers interested in our insurance services.
Our representatives will verify if prospective customers are qualified for a better quote on their Medicare, Home or Car Insurance and if applicable, calls will be transferred to a licensed broker to follow through with their purchase.
You will be expected to have the ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment as well as meet KPI goals.
**Responsibilities**:
Follow with customers to Identify if they qualify and perform a warm transfer to a licensed broker.
Comply with operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as transfer %, and Average Handle time
Accurately document the prospects infromation within the CRM system to provide detailed information for the broker

**What you will need**:
Experience in high volume inbound/outbound call center environment
Experience in soft sales, customer service & transfers is a plus
Strong verbal communication and computer system navigation skills
Predominantly English calls, small mix of Spanish.
Dependability
Able to work under pressure

**Salary**: $2250 MXN Net weekly income + Commission ($108 MXN Net per sale)
