.**_Job Summary_**Support the Sales Enablement team with day-to-day activities including but not limited to performance metrics monitoring, systems and tools data maintenance, digital tools assignment and LMS ad hoc requests.**_Job Responsibilities_**- Organize and maintain Sales Enablement internal data associated with the team's performance and metrics- Monitor the Sales Enablement mailbox and assist with issue resolution- Support the on boarding process, obtain and maintain employee data and update courses information as needed- Offer troubleshooting assistance for Eaton University course loading as well as other learning tools- Obtain, analyze and report on usage data of digital tools- Manage digital tools licenses requests (Sales Hub LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Learning, etc.).**#LI-MA1****Qualifications**:**_ Qualifications_**- Preferred education level:_- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or equivalent work experience.- Years and area of experience required:_- 3 years of experience in sales, service support, or sales administrative support.- Technical knowledge:_- Advanced level of computer knowledge in applicable software packages, Microsoft Office, Power BI desired.- Soft skills:_- Able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively- Acute attention to detail.Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
